This website
Website privacy notice.
This notice is about these marketing pages only. It is not a description of the Dorian Recovery app. Safeguards in the app are on Security and safeguards.
No account on this site
These pages do not offer account signup. There is no place here to create a login, and the pages do not ask for a resident’s information.
Walkthrough video
Watch the fictional sample walkthrough. The demo does not include a form. It does not store a name or an email, and it does not send a message. There is no viewer account.
Inquiry form
The inquiry page asks for a name, an organization, an email address, and a note. When you press Send, the page posts those fields to this website’s inquiry endpoint, which runs on Cloudflare. The endpoint checks the fields and hands them to Cloudflare Email Routing, which delivers one plain-text email to Daniel Natter at [email protected], a Google Workspace inbox. Your email address is set as the reply address so he can answer you. The page only says the inquiry was sent when that delivery step reports success.
The website does not keep the note in a database. Cloudflare can keep delivery logs, such as sender, recipient, time, and status, under its own terms. The email stays in Daniel’s inbox until he deletes it. Email is not a channel for health information. Do not include a diagnosis, medication details, or a resident’s name.
The inquiry page can also show Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from automated spam. It loads from challenges.cloudflare.com in a small frame, and Cloudflare receives details about your browser and connection to run the check. It appears only on the inquiry page.
Pricing calculator
The pricing page lets you type a number of licensed beds so the page can show a price. It does not ask for a name or an email, and it does not send a message or create an account. The calculation runs in your browser. If the page address includes that number, Cloudflare’s standard request logs may include the requested path, but the number is not saved as a contact or stored in a database.
Cookies and analytics
The pages do not set tracking cookies. The site’s own JavaScript does not set cookies. There is no analytics script and no advertising pixel on these pages.
Cloudflare Pages serves this website and processes standard HTTP request metadata (such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser user agent) to deliver the pages and protect the service under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Outside services and fonts
Apart from the Turnstile check on the inquiry page, the pages do not load a third-party service, a content-delivery network, a font host, or an embedded frame. The typefaces (Crimson Pro and Libre Franklin) are files on this site. If those files are missing, the browser can fall back to a font already on your computer, such as Georgia or Segoe UI.
Where the pages are served
These pages are static files: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, images, and the recorded demo. They do not run an account system and they do not store resident records.
This public marketing website (dorianrecovery.com) is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and inquiry submissions are delivered through a Cloudflare Pages Function, a private Cloudflare Worker, and Cloudflare Email Routing to [email protected]. As the website host, Cloudflare processes standard connection details such as IP address, request time, requested path, and browser user agent.
An Amazon Web Services business associate agreement (BAA) on Daniel’s AWS account covers the Dorian Recovery application environment rather than this public marketing website on Cloudflare Pages. This marketing website does not collect or store resident health records and is not a HIPAA-covered service. App safeguards are on Security and safeguards.
Storage and retention
This website does not keep a visitor database. The demo does not store a name. The inquiry page, if you use it, emails your note to Daniel and does not keep a copy on the website.
Standard network and email-delivery logs processed by Cloudflare are retained according to Cloudflare’s platform terms, and inquiry emails sent to Daniel remain in his Google Workspace inbox until he deletes them.
